This global Source-to-Pay project focuses on transforming procurement, TPRM and supplier management in the insurance sector.
As every year, we brought all our teams together for another "OJC Week", held from September 22nd to 26th at the OJC headquarters in Vannes. A pivotal event for sharing and networking among our consultants, now present across 11 countries.
Beyond the many convivial moments that marked the week, we continued to explore and exchange ideas around our core areas of expertise: purchasing management consulting, Ivalua integration, and change management, as well as quality management and project communication.
